Amanah works the other way around. Twice a month we inspect your property against a rigorous standard and carry out the small, preventative work that keeps everything in pristine condition. We extend the life of every asset and quietly remove the surprises — the burst hose, the seized door, the slip on a wet tile — long before they happen.

Visit 01 — Audit

The Comprehensive Audit

We inspect every detail against a standard checklist — door hinges, cracks, taps, hoses, wiring, tiles, walls and finishes. Nothing is too small to monitor. We photograph each issue, identify the risk, and produce a detailed report, even for the minor concerns that could one day become major ones.

Visit 02 — Treatment

Preventative Treatment

Guided by the audit, we carry out the preventative work — replacing a corroding hose before it bursts, coating aluminium against rust, applying slip-resistant treatment before the rains, pressure-washing after the humid season. We act before failure, extending asset life and avoiding emergency repairs and downtime.

Applying protective coating to an aluminium track

Water hose replacement

Minor rust on a hose beneath the sink signals early corrosion. We replace it immediately — rather than waiting for the failure and the water damage that follows.

Aluminium protection

We treat all aluminium doors and windows with a protective coating, even while they still function perfectly. This prevents rust, preserves smooth operation, and keeps them looking new.

Seasonal preparation

Before the rains we apply slip-resistant treatment to outdoor tiles. Afterwards we high-pressure wash to lift green mould and restore the appearance of every surface.
